Size: To 20’, 10’ wide, depending on if you limit it to one trunk, (force it to become a tree), or allow it to spread and become a cluster of many trunks. Shape: Upright, tall stems with foliage up high, spreading shape

Growth rate: Fast when watered. Type: Deciduous broadleaf

Foliage: Leaves LARGE, bipinnately compound. To 4’ long and 3’ wide! Seasonal color, beautiful yellows, reds, and maroons in the fall

Flowers: Striking broad terminal clusters of white flowers above the foliage in late summer

Features: Exotic appearance. Tall stems/trunks with prickles, layered foliage up high. Enjoyed by bees. Purple/black clusters of berries

Growing conditions: Sun, can tolerate some shade. Any soil type. Likes some moisture, can handle some drought.
