A classic tree from the west coast in California, this beautiful conifer is suitable for large landscapes. It prefers sun, and deep rich soil with plenty of moisture. Here in the northwest, once established it will thrive on its own with no supplemental water. It has a strong presence and dense foliage, usually maintaining its low branches near the ground.
