SHIPPING INFORMATION

    We ship to the continental US. (No shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. No international sales.)

We only ship via UPS, to street addresses, (no shipping to P.O. box.)   Orders will generally be shipped within 1- 2 weeks. UPS Ground Shipping is the most economical, but will not be available year round due to weather extremes. Shipping will occur early in the week, with the goal of the package arriving before the weekend.

    Extreme weather conditions, on your end or our end, may affect shipping dates, as we work to avoid extreme heat and cold. We will communicate to confirm shipping dates. { Outside the northwest, summer orders may be sent by air shipping – 3 Day Select.} this option is not activated yet.

    Shipping rates are calculated in the shipping cart at check out, based upon location, weight and box size. To view the  shipping charge before checkout, fill in your order to include your address, and before you enter “confirm purchase” you can see the grand total.

Confirmation:   Once your package has shipped, the tracking number will be sent by email.

We do our best to pack and ship in a timely manner, but cannot guarantee the shipping arrival estimates quoted by UPS.

Restrictions:  Each state may have restrictions on which plants may enter the state. We do our best to stay informed of these regulations, however customers are responsible for knowing what plant restrictions are relevant to their order.
