We guarantee our plants to be in good condition upon arrival.

     Concerns about plant quality or condition need to be reported within 3 days of arrival. Take a photo for documentation. We cannot be responsible for plant condition beyond 3 days after arrival.  Email us at Info@ecotoneplants.com or text at 360-317-3111 for any questions or concerns.

    Upon receiving your plants please unpack and check your order immediately. Confirm the list matches the plants received. Check the moisture level in the pots. Until they are planted out, store them in a protected location outside. Don’t expose them to intense sun immediately, they should adjust to sun over a number of days, gradually increasing exposure.

    Planting directly into the garden is your best option for success. Your plants have been grown in an environment protected from intense sun and wind, so give them a few days transition process before exposing them to full sun.

    We cannot guarantee the ultimate survival of your plant. The growing regions in the US are diverse, we encourage you to do additional research (beyond the info on our plant profile) if you are planning to grow a plant in a region which differs greatly from it’s native conditions.
